I found this website, Sketchpan. [link]. They have fabulous tools that allows you to replay your drawing process and to make quick animations. It's not too advanced like Photoshop, or oekaki low tech.. Have been using it for couple of months and it works for me.
Anyway I wish deviantart had allowed video uploading. This world is too static for me. hmph.
